This weapon shoots out a small beehive that summons a swarm of bees when it lands. The bees will fly out and around the hive's landing area. The bees do go through the terrain, so a miss with the hive may still do some damage. The hive itself does not deal any damage and the 12 bees it spawns deal 10 damage each. Since the bees fly around at random, covering a wide area, you will miss a few against a single target. If possible wait for enemies to get closer together before firing and otherwise use this if someone hides behind a thin wall or if you know you will hit closeby but most likely not perfectly, since this doesn't really make a difference for the expected damage.

Killer bees act just like bee hive, but adds 3 more bees and the bees spread out further.

Wasps

Wasps

Wasps adds 3 more bees and has the bees spread even further than before. Wasps do have very good damage potential, capable of doing ~100 damage on a direct hit with the hive.

Tips & Trivia

• If the hive lands too close to a black hole, many bees may end up getting swallowed by the black hole, resulting in much lower damage.
