Bulger is one of the default weapons new recruits get to use. Instead of destroying landscape, it will create a small bulge of land around wherever it hits, damaging nearby enemies.
In the shot type "All" this weapon can be used to block attacks if timed properly. Sometimes this is worth using a shot for. This requires the ability to read what your opponents are doing and if many people are aiming directly at you, using this weapon may be able to push an enemy into the line of fire instead. This situation, however, is pretty rare.
