Once the weapon is fired, it stops once it is vertically above an enemy, as long as the power and angle in which it was shot was sufficient. After it stops, the weapon drops and hits the enemy for 25 damage.
Follows the same rules as Dead Weight, except it has to be vertically below someone underground in order to hit them for 35 damage. This weapon can be fired either above or below ground, but it can't target anyone until it gets underground and reaches below someone.
