The user starts to charge itself, building up tremendous energy until it creates a massive explosion dealing damage to themselves and the other players in the vicinity. The ally and self-damage is around half of the user's health before firing. Enemies, however, receive 200 damage no matter how much self-damage the user gets.
This weapon cannot kill the user with the self-damage it causes. No matter how much self-damage you get from it, you will always stay alive with at least 1 hp (meaning you get 0 self-damage if you're already at 1hp).
If a shield is used, all self damage is fully mitigated
If you get teleported somewhere else while using an imploder via a Relocator or its upgrade, the explosion will happen where you were teleported to. This is different from most other weapons, where you will continue to fire the shot were you were before you got teleported. Be aware of this as a high level player could teleport you into your teammates while using imploder.
