When the Mini-V comes into contact with the ground, six projectiles shoot up from the impact site. Three of these projectiles dodge a little to the left and the others slide to the right. Usually for a direct hit, four projectiles smash into the tank, each doling out 15 damage for a respectable "average" of 60 damage.
Against a single target, this weapon is most optimally used when there is 36-40 wind in either direction. This allows all the projectiles from one side to hit the target.
